Can you get an in-house counsel job as a fresher?


There are many lawyers’ jobs in Hong Kong, but the job to work as a part of an in-house legal team is the most lucrative one. However, the fact of the matter is, these in-house teams are not interested in hiring a fresher. On the other hand, the talented freshers are looking for opportunities to work in the in-house legal teams. This article will throw some light on how a fresher can target an in-house legal team and see to it that he or she gets the job. 



First things first, there are various companies which would hire freshers and your task is to find them and shoot your application there. There would be many companies who would not resist to not only hire freshers but will help them take over the learning curve and move ahead in life. 

Besides the companies willingly hiring freshers, you can still target companies that are not hiring freshers. They might want to pay a good sum of money, but they are only interested in experienced lawyers. What if you could show them your mettle and prove that you are no less than any experienced lawyer in town. If you hit the nail right at the right time, you can probably convince them to call you for the interview. Rest your performance will decide you fate. 

You can prepare well and try all your luck to impress the employers of the in-house legal team. Maybe you will need some more time to prepare for the interview, but when you are given a chance, you would just hit the nail right.
